7. Any other comments:
Below are questions we ask to get your feedback as a Solomon Mentor. Your experience and input is very valuable to us as we continually strive to improve the Solomon Leadership Program. We have provided two ways to answer the questions about each aspect of the program: 1. Answers to each individual question or 2. An open-ended comment box. Please choose whichever option will be easiest and most useful for you.
Session Format
1. What is your general feedback on the session format?
2. Do you feel any part (the speaker, Mentor-Fellow session) is too long or too short?
3. Do you feel it would be helpful to incorporate more ice-breaker or team-building exercises to unify the group of fellows OR do you feel that is not necessary to the success of the program? Feel free to elaborate.
If preferred leave your comments in this comment box.
Mentor-Fellow Relationships
1. How did your fellow relationships play out overall?
2. Did you feel like you were matched with fellows whose interests aligned with yours? Did this help facilitate a relationship, or do you feel a "personality click" is most important?
3. If there was no “personality click,” how did you compensate for this? Your solutions may be helpful for other mentors in the future.
4. Did you have any interactions with fellows outside of sessions? If yes, please elaborate on the context of those interactions. If no, please elaborate on why not (no requests from fellows, not having time, etc.)
5. What are your suggestions for improving the mentor-fellow relationships that can be facilitated by the program?
If preferred leave your comments in this comment box.
Curriculum
1. What is your overall feedback on the curriculum?
2. Was there anything in particular you did or did not like?
3. Did fellows seem engaged with and interested in the material?
4. How well did the material facilitate discussions?
5. What are your suggestions to improve the curriculum overall and make it more engaging and dynamic?
6. Were the Discussion Prompts provided with each pillar helpful? To what extent did you or did you not use them? If you did not use the questions, what didn’t you like about them?
7. Do you have any suggestions for improving the mentor curriculum to make it more user-friendly for mentors?
8. Based on your interactions and dialog with your fellows, what other leadership issues emerged that were not adequately addressed in the program?
If preferred leave your comments in this comment box.
